Materials & Care
Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver possesses working qualities similar to gold but enjoys greater reflectivity and can achieve the most brilliant polish of any metal. To make it durable for jewelry, pure silver (999) is often alloyed with small quantities of copper. Our jewelry is made out 925 Sterling Silver, which is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
Stainless Steel
With its resistance to rust, oxidation and discoloration, this corrosion-resistant alloy is ideal for long-lasting jewelry designs. This metal is the best suggestion for those living in high-humidity locations, as the metal will keep from rusting much longer than other metals. Store your stainless steel pieces separately from jewelry made of other metals. It is best if you keep your stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches.
Gold
The intrinsic beauty, warmth, sensuality and spiritual richness of gold has earned its place as a favorite of all the metals. Gold is the only metal that forms no oxide film on its surface in air at normal temperatures, meaning that it will never rust or tarnish. Each piece of our jewelry is plated with 18k gold.
Jewelry Care
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, remove your jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering. In addition, attempt to apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing your jewelry. To clean your pieces, polish gently with a silver cloth. Store in a safe, dry place when not worn, preferably in our Lunae velvet pouch.
